Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive / Admission Counsellor who can engage with prospective learners, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right program. The role involves handling leads, counselling students, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Conduct counselling calls to understand student requirements
- Explain courses and recommend suitable programs
- Convert leads into enrollments through regular follow-ups
- Handle objections and build trust with prospects
- Maintain accurate data in CRM tools
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of B2C sales
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (LeadSquared is a plus)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- Sales or counselling experience preferred
