About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality. Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide effective support. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
