Digital Media Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize large-scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, programmatic advertising, paid media, and campaign analytics, along with the ability to lead teams and contribute individually.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, email, and content platforms.
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X, and DV360.
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
- Execute bid strategies across Adwords, Meta, and X platforms.
- Conduct SEO/SEM activities and manage website/landing page updates.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams.
- Lead and manage digital media executives while also contributing individually.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing/media.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale digital and programmatic campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with DV360 and performance marketing tools.
- Strong industry connections in the digital media space.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and media planning.
- Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills.
