Role Description
This is a contract-based on-site role for a Digital Media Specialist, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The specialist will manage and optimize social media platforms, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, and analyze web performance metrics. Responsibilities also include creating and curating engaging digital content that aligns with brand goals, utilizing tools for web analytics and data reporting, and collaborating with different teams to enhance online presence and audience engagement.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Social media content creation and planning
* Managing digital media posting across platforms
* Lead generation through Facebook & Instagram campaigns
* Running and optimizing ads using *Google Ads* and *Meta Ads Manager*
* SEO knowledge, especially for *YouTube posts* to increase engagement
* Monitoring performance and improving reach and conversions
*Requirements:*
* Experience in digital marketing and social media management
* Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
* Understanding of SEO strategies and analytics
* Creative mindset with strong communication skills

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and platform management
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to write and present ideas effectively
- Familiarity with Web Analytics tools and techniques
- Experience in Digital Marketing strategies and campaign execution
- Knowledge of Digital Media trends and tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or relevant field
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills
- Experience with the image management or talent development industry is a plus
