Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Media Planner to develop and execute impactful media strategies across digital channels. The role involves end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop full-funnel digital media strategies aligned with client objectives
- Build integrated media plans across Search, Social, Display, Video, and Programmatic
- Define audience segmentation, channel mix, and budget allocation
- Leverage data and insights to inform planning decisions
2. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle (planning to reporting)
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, reach & frequency
- Collaborate with activation teams to ensure seamless execution
3. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for clients
- Use tools like Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and attribution models
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on campaign planning and performance
- Present strategies, plans, and post-campaign analyses
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, programmatic)
5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms
- Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2-9 years of experience in digital media planning (agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Search (Google Ads)
- Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Programmatic (DV360, Trade Desk)
- Tools (ComScore, GWI, SimilarWeb)
- Analytics (Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Experience
- FMCG / E-commerce / BFSI / Tech clients
- Experience with performance marketing and commerce media (Amazon, Flipkart)
- Familiarity with AI-driven media tools and automation
