We are looking for someone to own and grow our digital presence end-to-end, from social media to campaigns to website storytelling.
This is a strategy + execution role for someone who understands fashion, content, and brand building.
✨ Role Overview
As Digital & Brand Lead, you will be responsible for shaping how Ginna shows up online and how it converts attention into engagement and sales.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Instagram strategy and execution (reels, posts, storytelling, growth)
- Plan and execute collection launches & digital campaigns
- Oversee website content, product storytelling, and conversion improvements
- Drive influencer collaborations and partnerships (seeding, outreach, tracking)
- Conceptualise and coordinate content shoots (moodboards, references, direction)
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, aesthetic, and communication
- Track performance and continuously improve strategy based on insights
👀 Who We’re Looking For
- Strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of fashion/lifestyle branding
- Experience in managing or growing a brand’s digital presence
- Deep understanding of Instagram content, trends, and growth
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
➕ Bonus
- Experience working with fashion or D2C brands
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Reels, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations

- Location: Delhi (preferred)
- Type: Full-time in Delhi office
