About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Digital Media Executive to join our team. If you enjoy creating engaging social media content, designing eye-catching creatives, and producing short-form videos, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms to strengthen our brand presence and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Design high-quality graphics, posts, stories, banners, and promotional materials.
- Capture and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Plan and schedule content calendars.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement creative ideas.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute branding and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or InShot.
- Basic photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing strategies.
