About Mint Leaf Designs
Mint Leaf Designs is a boutique interior design studio specializing in commercial, healthcare and residential interiors since 2005.
Role
You'll work closely with our founder to create content across our digital channels while maintaining our established brand identity.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about branding, interiors and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories and reels based on existing brand guidelines and content strategy
- Create engaging short-form video content for social media
- Schedule and publish content across social media channels
- Assist with client presentations and create 3D views or concept renders when required
- Attend weekly team meetings and occasional site visits for content capture
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related disciplines. 2nd or 3rd year students enrolled with a strong portfolio and commitment also considered.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut
- Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and basic knowledge of 3D visualisation tools such as SketchUp or similar is an advantage
- Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic photography and video skills
Engagement
- Initial 3-month contract with a possibility to transition into a full-time permanent role based on performance
- Salary based on experience and negotiable
- Primarily remote, with one day a week in Mumbai for team meetings and occasional site visits
