Role Description : Right Audience Connect (RAC) is looking for a skilled and industry-experienced Digital Marketing Trainer who can handle both course-related training and real-time project execution support.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in teaching digital marketing concepts along with working on live client projects. The role initially starts as part-time and remote, with strong potential to transition into a full-time position as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct digital marketing training sessions (online/offline if required in future)
- Handle course-related enquiries and guide students professionally
- Support and manage real-time client projects
- Assist in strategy building for performance marketing campaigns
- Train students on practical implementation (not just theory)
- Guide learners on freelancing, agency workflow, and client handling
- Implement and teach AI-powered digital marketing tools & automation systems
- Coordinate with RAC internal team for marketing & campaign execution
Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching Digital Marketing
- Must have real-world project handling experience
- Only candidates from Mysuru are eligible to apply
- Strong knowledge in:
- Performance Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- SEO & Local SEO
- Social Media Strategy
- Lead Generation & Funnel Creation
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Knowledge of AI tools in marketing (ChatGPT, automation tools, AI creatives, workflow automation, etc.)
- Ability to explain concepts in a practical & simplified manner
- Strong communication & mentoring skills
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in remote setup
