Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Trainer based in Bengaluru South. The Digital Marketing Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions on various aspects of digital marketing, including social media marketing and sales strategies. The role includes preparing curriculum materials, mentoring students, monitoring their progress, and staying updated with the latest marketing and industry trends to ensure the highest quality of instruction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication skills to effectively teach, guide, and mentor students
- Strong background in Marketing, including creating effective strategies and understanding market trends
- Experience in Training, with the ability to design and conduct engaging learning sessions
- Knowledge and hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing and leveraging various online platforms
- Basic understanding or experience in Sales to provide insights into marketing strategies that drive conversions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a teaching or trainer role within the domain of digital marketing is an advantage
