Job Introduction:

A Digital Marketing Trainer is responsible for teaching different modules of digital marketing as per the curriculum. They deliver training sessions, create educational materials, and assess the progress of learners. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way, and strong communication skills. Digital Marketing Trainers play a key role in improving the marketing capabilities of employees or students, helping them stay current with evolving digital trends and technologies.



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting classroom or online lectures on Digital Marketing and related technologies to students.
  • Assigning and evaluating coursework, quizzes, and digital marketing campaign projects.
  • Providing one-on-one assistance and mentoring to students as required.
  • Ensuring that the course curriculum is up-to-date and relevant to industry standards.
  • Collaborating with other trainers and course developers to develop new training materials.
  • Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports.
  • Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
  • Participating in faculty meetings, staff development programs, and other professional development activities as required.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing platforms and strategies.



Job Qualification & Skill Sets:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketing professional or trainer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and digital advertising networks.
  • Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint preferred.
  • A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their career goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
