Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-forward Digital Marketing Trainer to lead our "Next-Gen" curriculum. You will be responsible for upgrading our students' skills from traditional marketing to AI-driven growth strategies and modern search algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
- Search Everywhere Optimization: Teaching SEO strategies for "Non-Google" platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Marketing Automation: Delivering hands-on sessions on HubSpot, Zapier, and AI-driven CRM workflows.
- Performance Marketing: Training on AI-bidding strategies for Meta and Google Ads to maximize ROI with less manual effort.
- Curriculum Development: Regularly updating course modules to reflect the weekly changes in the AI marketing landscape.
Requirements
- 3+ years of core training experience in Digital Marketing
- Currently teaching at a reputed Digital Marketing institute
- Proven track record of working on live projects where AI tools have improved marketing efficiency
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students
