Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, for a Digital Marketing Trainer. The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, designing comprehensive course materials, and mentoring trainees on modern digital marketing strategies. The role includes teaching various marketing techniques, social media strategies, and sales skills tailored to the healthcare and clinical research industry while ensuring practical skill-building and industry relevance.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Training skills to effectively engage and inspire participants
- Proven expertise in Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies
- Experience in Sales, with a strong understanding of industry-relevant approaches
- Ability to design and deliver impactful training programs, ensuring real-world applicability
- Familiarity with trends in the digital marketing landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; certifications in digital marketing are a plus
- Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and adaptability to varying learning needs
- Knowledge of the Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Clinical Research fields is an advantage
