About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer who can deliver engaging, practical, and high-impact training sessions on paid marketing concepts and campaign optimization.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Search and Display advertising, along with the ability to simplify concepts through presentations, live examples, and structured training methodologies.
This is a pure trainer role focused on training delivery, presentation, and capability building.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct instructor-led training sessions on Digital Marketing concepts
Deliver training on:
Search Ads
Display Ads
CPC Campaigns
Campaign Optimization
Search Campaign Handling
Explain concepts effectively using PPTs, case studies, and live examples
Create engaging learning experiences for trainees
Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions
Support knowledge assessments and learner evaluations
Simplify complex campaign concepts for different learner levels
Ensure strong learner engagement and participation during sessions
Stay updated with the latest trends in Performance Marketing and Digital Advertising

Minimum 4 years of pure training experience
Must have experience in Digital Marketing training
Strong hands-on exposure to Search & Display campaigns
Experience conducting structured training programs is mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile
Total experience: 6–10 years preferred
Candidates from Digital Marketing agencies, EdTech, or training institutes preferred
Strong understanding of campaign optimization frameworks
Confident public speaker and trainer
Hands-on campaign execution experience is a plus
