Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Trainee to join our Digital Marketing team. The role involves supporting the setup and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and ad serving tools such as Google Ad Manager and CM360; assisting with PPC campaign management; monitoring performance metrics; and preparing structured reports. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign delivery, maintain documentation, track brand and creator campaigns, and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. This role involves hands-on learning and contributing to the execution of digital marketing initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trainee - Digital Marketing, based in Bangalore, New Bel Road.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in setting up and trafficking digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ad Manager, and CM360.
· Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports as per client guidelines.
· Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and support optimization initiatives.
· Support the creation of ad copy, headlines, and landing page suggestions to enhance campaign performance.
· Assist in bid management and budget tracking to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
· Maintain campaign documentation, screenshots, and execution records for quality assurance.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
· Track brand and creator campaigns and assist in compiling performance summaries.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
· 0–1 year of experience in Digital Marketing (Freshers with relevant certifications may apply).
· Basic understanding of PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and familiarity with ad-serving tools like Google Ad Manager and CM360
· Familiarity with Google Analytics and MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
· Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Performance Marketing & Ad Operations.
· Open to working in designated shifts (Day, APAC, or Night) as per business needs
