Atharva Skills is looking for a hungry, curious Digital Marketing Trainee to join our growing team.
If you've been learning marketing through reels and YouTube but want real hands-on experience running actual campaigns with real budgets — this is your shot.
What you'll work on:
- Google Ads — Search campaigns, keyword strategy, bid management
- Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram ad creation, targeting, optimization
- Social Media — Content planning, scheduling & engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
- AI Tools — Using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI, and other AI tools to speed up content creation, copywriting, and research
- Analytics — Tracking leads, understanding what's working, and reporting on campaign performance
- WhatsApp Business — Managing enquiries and follow-ups
Who we're looking for:
Someone who's genuinely interested in digital marketing, not just looking for any job → Basic understanding of social media platforms and how ads work → Willingness to learn fast and take ownership → Good communication in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus) → Freshers welcome — attitude matters more than experience
