As we continue to expand and work with global clients, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can manage execution, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth delivery of marketing campaigns.
Role Overview:
Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining client communication.
This role is ideal for someone who has agency experience and hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools, and is comfortable managing multiple projects and client accounts.
The person will work closely with the founder to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and clients receive a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Social Media, and Paid Advertising.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
• Manage and monitor campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Track performance and optimize campaigns to improve results.
Client Communication & Account Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication.
Project & Task Management
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, developers, and other team members.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain task boards and workflows using tools such as Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing metrics.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports for SEO, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve campaign performance.
Strategy Support
• Work closely with the founder to implement marketing strategies.
• Contribute ideas for improving campaign performance and client growth.
• Support efforts related to international marketing projects and client acquisition.
Skills & Tools Required
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance tracking
• Experience using project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
Ideal Candidate
• 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
• Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to take ownership and ensure tasks are completed on time
