Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven digital marketing professional to lead and execute omnichannel strategies across ILAMED and Dermalyn Aesthetics. The candidate will be responsible for performance marketing, AI-powered SEO/SEM, social media engagement, content creation and ROI optimization. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution to strengthen brand presence, drive lead generation, and enhance customer conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and influencer channels.
- Leverage AI-driven tools for personalization, automation, and conversion optimization.
- Performance Marketing
- Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with focus on ROAS, CAC, and lead quality.
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot, SEMrush.
- Content & Branding
- Create engaging content (blogs, reels, videos, infographics) aligned with ILAMED’s academic positioning and Dermalyn’s luxury aesthetics branding.
- Collaborate with creative teams for visual storytelling and luxury brand campaigns.
- Social Media & Community Engagement
- Drive organic and paid growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build online communities, manage reputation, and engage influencers.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver weekly dashboards on campaign performance, conversions, and ROI.
- Recommend data-backed improvements for continuous optimization.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–6 years in digital marketing (preferably in healthcare, education or luxury brands).
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent specialization.
- Skills Required:
- Strong command of SEO/SEM, GA4, PPC, CRO and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in content marketing, social media strategy, meta ads and influencer collaborations.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
