Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team in Madurai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring the digital marketing team to drive impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, set clear and measurable goals, monitor campaign performance through analytics, and identify opportunities to strengthen the organization’s digital presence and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Set performance targets and track progress using analytics tools
- Optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversions.
- Identify new growth opportunities to enhance brand visibility and sales
Qualifications- Proven team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on campaign strategy and execution
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting tools
- Basic knowledge or exposure to blockchain, cryptocurrency, or technology domains is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
