Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
• Generate quality leads for courses and training programs
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Create and manage paid ad campaigns with clear ROI tracking
• Coordinate with content & design team for creatives and promotions
• Handle email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns
• Monitor website traffic and optimize landing pages
• Track daily performance metrics and prepare marketing reports
• Support branding and awareness campaigns
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Relevant field
• 4+ year experience in Digital Marketing (Education industry preferred)
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong knowledge of SEO & content marketing
• Strong analytical skills and performance mindset
• Good communication skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience in online course or training promotions
• Knowledge of CRM and lead management
• Understanding of conversion tracking & performance marketing
Package : Upto 3.6 LPA
Candidates From Kerala with strong communication skill in Malayalam, English Preferred.
