Obladi is a result-driven full-service digital marketing agency. We are a team of writers, designers, developers, account executives, and creatives who like what we do, and as a result of that, are always trying harder and getting better. We channel that enthusiasm towards our work into getting our clients (B2C as well as B2B) more business.
We offer services in branding, advertising, design, web development, and extensive digital marketing. We're looking to grow our team in all aspects of the marketing spectrum of designers, developers, and digital marketing experts.
Selected Employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Understand client businesses, target audiences, and growth goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart and other paid platforms.
- Monitor performance daily and take data-backed decisions to improve ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to identify areas of growth and improvement.
- Recommend new campaign ideas, platforms, and strategies based on research.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Prepare structured reports using Google Sheets and Looker Studio (training provided).
- Communicate campaign insights and performance clearly to clients.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to improve results.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve research, reporting, and campaign efficiency.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing (internships included).
- Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
- Prior experience handling clients and presenting campaign insights.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
- Comfort with using modern tools, AI, and automation in marketing workflows.
Good to Have
- Experience with Amazon or Flipkart advertising.
- Exposure to dashboards, automation, or data visualisation.
- Agency experience.
Work Details
- Location: Hyderabad
- Hybrid: Office at AS Rao Nagar, maximum 2 days a week
- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
