About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can handle marketing end-to-end, not just one small part of it.
This role is for someone who enjoys working across different things — content, campaigns, client conversations, and coordination. You won’t be stuck doing just ads or just posts. You’ll be involved in understanding what the client wants, planning what needs to be done, and then making sure it actually gets executed properly.
If you like variety in your work and want to grow into someone who understands marketing as a whole, this will be a good fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working closely with clients and internal teams, making sure things move smoothly from idea to execution.
A big part of your role will involve talking to clients, understanding what they need, and translating that into clear tasks for the team. You’ll also be responsible for keeping things on track - following up, making sure deadlines are met, and ensuring the output is aligned with what was planned.
On the content side, you’ll help plan monthly calendars, think of ideas, and write basic captions or campaign messaging. You don’t need to be a professional writer, but you should be comfortable putting thoughts into words clearly.
You’ll also support marketing campaigns - things like offers, launches, and promotions - making sure everything from content to ads is aligned.
Along with this, you’ll have some exposure to performance marketing. You won’t be expected to run everything independently, but you should understand how ads work, how creatives are used, and what kind of results we look for.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for someone who knows everything. We’re looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and willing to figure things out.
You should be comfortable communicating with people, both internally and with clients. You should be able to manage multiple things at once without getting overwhelmed, and you should be someone who follows through on what you take up.
Basic understanding of social media, content, and digital marketing is expected. Some exposure to ads or campaigns is a plus, but not mandatory.
Most importantly, you should be serious about building a career in marketing and not just looking for something temporary.

Your attitude, your ability to learn, and how you handle responsibility matter more than anything else.
This is not a role where you’ll be spoon-fed every step. You’ll be expected to take ownership, ask questions, and improve quickly.
Work Setup
- This is a full-time role based out of our Gachibowli office, with a hybrid setup. You’ll be working in the US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST), so being comfortable with that timing is important.
