We are Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist
Years of exp- 5-6 years
Shift timing : 11.30am to 8.30pm
Location : Mumbai
Work Mode : Work from Office
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations and Digital teams to support product actions and publish web enhancements to support day to day and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, design and revise websites. Responsible for the creative execution and technical production of a range of digital web-based projects using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Must have strong understanding of mutual funds and investment products, including fund terminology and the product data that powers digital marketing experiences. Ability to manage and QA fund content and product metadata (e.g., product tags, share class context, language/locale/role) to ensure accurate publishing and correct product association across digital channels.
- Working knowledge of regulatory constraints impacting Mutual Fund information on websites. Demonstrated ability to publish and maintain digital content with strong controls around accuracy, required disclosures, and documented approvals.
- Owning the analysis of large Mutual Fund datasets and translate complex data into clear, structured requirements for web reporting.
- The candidate must be extremely organized, have superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Must be able to define work based on evaluation of short term and long-term goals of the department. Able to independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate into overall work objectives.
- Develop and maintain MSIM global websites content in different languages.
- Good understanding of SEO and Product information to manage Content on the websites.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
- Experience with JIRA workflow management and operating in an agile environment.
- Follow company policies and workflow procedures; set clear expectations and documentation.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing communication and Digital Web support.
- Strong understanding of mutual funds / investment products, fund terminology, and product data used in marketing.
- Working knowledge of regulatory constraints affecting financial marketing content (accuracy, disclosures, publishing controls).
- Experience managing content using Adobe AEM a good to have.
- Proficiency in Enterprise class Content Management platform (Adobe AEM experience), Adobe suite, MS office.
- Strong capability in managing and analysing large Mutual Fund datasets, with the ability to refine and define data requirements for effective web reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, time-bound and team-oriented culture.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in financial services industry, or other highly regulated industries
