We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads) to join our team at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and the ability to drive measurable business growth through targeted digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI, CTR, and conversions
- Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy and growth initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads
- Solid understanding of web analytics and performance tracking tools
- Experience in online marketing with a focus on paid advertising
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies to meet business objectives
- Working knowledge of other advertising platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Passion for digital marketing with a results-oriented mindset
