Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to manage and execute marketing activities. The role involves planning and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing online platforms, and supporting business growth through lead generation and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage digital channels such as website, social media, email campaigns, and webinars
- Execute SEO, SEM, PPC, and lead generation campaigns
- Monitor and improve website performance and content (blogs, news, updates)
- Plan and manage marketing events and webinars
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better results
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with market trends
- Work closely with the sales team and support marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Good knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
- Experience in content creation and campaign management
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred
- Experience in biotechnology / life sciences industry
- Experience in scientific writing or technical content
