Job Summary:We are seeking a highly performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in paid media, specializing in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth, while ensuring strong ROI and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and performance
- Perform continuous A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid media
Key Requirements:- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques
- Experience in managing medium to large ad budgets
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and tracking tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications
- Experience in remarketing and advanced audience segmentation
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and funnel strategies
- Experience in D2C, SaaS, or agency environments
Salary Budget: Upto 24 LPA
