Role Description
- Managed and optimized campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads for lead generation and conversions
- Executed performance marketing strategies to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Conducted keyword research and implemented on-page & off-page SEO techniques
- Built high-quality backlinks to improve website authority and search engine rankings
- Monitored and analyzed campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta insights, etc.)
- Created and managed engaging blog content to drive organic traffic and audience engagement
- Tracked KPIs and generated reports to optimize marketing strategies
- Worked on audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Stayed updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and managing campaigns across various social platforms
- Skills in Web Analytics tools to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective marketing content
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate with a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with yoga and wellness industries is an advantage
