Our client is launching a high-growth coaching business in May 2026, focused on a fast-expanding professional services market. The founder has 20+ years of senior experience in the sector and has built a track record of delivering measurable career outcomes for clients across multiple geographies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Digital Marketing LinkedIn — your primary channel (50% of role)
- Build and grow a brand presence on LinkedIn from a low base company page, founder profile co-management, content calendar
- Write and publish 3–4 LinkedIn posts per week + 1 long-form article per month
- Grow follower base to 10,000+ relevant professionals in 12 months — measured weekly, not monthly
- Run mass-outreach campaigns to qualified prospects — connection requests, structured DMs, follow-up sequences
- Identify and engage with target professional communities relevant to the client's audience
- Track LinkedIn analytics weekly post engagement, profile views, follower growth, inbound DM volume adjust strategy fortnightly
- Additionally run campaign on Meta & other channels
Email & Webinar Marketing (10% of role)
- Regular follow-ups with prospective clients thru email marketing
- Creativity and engagement
- Drip email campaigns & A/B testing
- Webinar enrolment, follow-ups
Sales & onboarding — converting interest into paying clients (25% of role)
- Manage the funnel from form submission to enrolled client: Apply → Discovery call → Strategy session → Onboarding
- Run the first 10-minute discovery calls with applicants on WhatsApp/Zoom — qualify fit, set expectations, schedule the strategy session
- Hand off qualified prospects to the founder for the strategy session — provide a written brief beforehand
- Follow up systematically with every applicant — same day, day 3, day 7, day 14 — until they enrol or formally decline
- Convert webinar attendees into qualified consultations — webinars are a major top-of-funnel channel
- Achieve target enrolments per month — Year 1 ramps from 3 to 8 paid enrolments per month; performance bonus tied directly
Operations & client support — keeping the wheel turning (15% of role)
- Own the application form workflow — submissions land in Airtable, you triage and respond within 24 hours
- Stay with each enrolled client through their first 30 days — make sure intake is complete, the community is joined, the first session is attended
- Coordinate scheduling for sessions, webinars, 1:1s — Calendly + Zoom + WhatsApp Business
- Maintain client records: status updates & payment confirmations, support as required
- Light admin support during launch phase — invoice tracking, basic reporting, vendor coordination
- Build and maintain the email newsletter list
WHO YOU ARE — THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Background — what we are looking for
- 3–6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2C, coaching, EdTech, or professional services
- Proven LinkedIn growth track record — show us a profile or page you grew from low to high follower count, with engagement data
- Existing professional network you can activate quickly — we will discuss what kind of network in the first call
- Native or near-native English writing — your LinkedIn posts are the public face of the business
- Comfortable on camera and on calls — you will run discovery calls, occasional webinar segments, and represent the brand
- Experience converting inbound interest into paying customers — funnel discipline, not lifestyle marketing
Tools you should know (or learn fast)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator + LinkedIn Creator tools (essential)
- Brevo / Mailchimp / similar email marketing platform
- Airtable for client tracking (or Notion / HubSpot equivalent)
- Calendly + Zoom + WhatsApp Business
- Canva for quick graphics — design taste matters more than software fluency
- Google Analytics, basic landing page metrics, conversion tracking
Mindset — non-negotiable
- Self-starter — Day 1 has no playbook, you build it
- Honest with numbers — when something is not working, you say so within a week, not after a quarter
- Comfortable with ambiguity — Year 1 will involve frequent strategy adjustments
- Owner mentality — LinkedIn growth, conversion rate, follow-up rate are your personal scoreboard
- Sensitive to brand voice — direct, data-led, never motivational-poster, never overpromising
- Discreet — comfortable working under NDA on a brand and audience strategy you do not discuss publicly
