Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role involves creating and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Key responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, analyzing web metrics, optimizing online marketing efforts, and collaborating with teams to create impactful digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads, and LinkedIn
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and cost efficiency
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
- Manage company presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Plan monthly content calendars including Reels, posts, and stories
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to showcase projects
- Track leads through CRM and coordinate with the sales/design team
- Improve conversion rates from enquiry to consultation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
- Experience in Web Analytics and Online Marketing
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to leverage data insights for optimizing marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with sustainable and creative approaches in architecture-related industries is a plus
- Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
