Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The specialist will strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage and optimize social media platforms, analyze web performance data using analytics tools, and implement online marketing techniques to drive brand awareness and engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategies and techniques
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and platform management
- Knowledge of Web Analytics and data interpretation for campaign optimization
- Strong Communication skills with an ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
