Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shimla. The selected individual will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating, managing, and coordinating travel plans, liaising with clients and vendors, maintaining travel itineraries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include providing support for office operations, contributing to marketing efforts, and assisting in problem-solving for travel-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing and customer service principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
