Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a PPC Analyst based in Noida. The PPC Analyst will manage and optimize pay-per-click advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, developing strategies to increase ROI and achieve performance goals. Key responsibilities include conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and continually refining campaigns to maximize success. Collaboration with the marketing and sales teams will also be essential to align PPC efforts with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilty Areas
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns targeting the US market, including geotargeting, audience segmentation, device targeting, and ad scheduling
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, structure campaigns and ad groups, and run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to achieve CPA, ROAS, and lead volume targets
- Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards usingtools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to track impact on revenue, leads, and customer acquisition
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and platform updates (e.g., Performance Max, Advantage+, automated bidding) while ensuring compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance (Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, basic dashboards)
- Good understanding of US market consumer behavior, search trends, and the competitive landscape
- Experience working on eCommerce, D2C, or lead generation campaigns targeting the US market is a plus
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization to improve landing page performance and conversions is a plus
