Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and monitor all digital marketing activities handled by external marketing agencies and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, monitoring marketing performance, analyzing results, and driving growth through effective digital strategies.
This role requires strong communication skills, marketing knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage agency deliverables professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Coordination & Management
- Manage and coordinate with external digital marketing agencies
- Monitor agency performance and ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Review creatives, captions, advertisements, and marketing strategies before publishing
- Conduct regular meetings with agencies regarding campaign performance and improvements
- Ensure agencies follow brand guidelines and business objectives
- Track agency deliverables, timelines, and commitments
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Develop monthly marketing calendars and campaign plans
- Suggest new marketing ideas, trends, and growth opportunities
- Improve online brand presence and customer engagement
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and market trends
Social Media Management
- Oversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Google
- Monitor content quality, engagement, and consistency
- Ensure proper posting schedules and campaign execution
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional activities
- Monitor audience growth and engagement metrics
Paid Advertising & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance including:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Leads
- Conversions
- ROI
- Cost per lead
- Ensure marketing budget is utilized effectively
- Suggest improvements for better ad performance and lead generation
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights
- Monitor website traffic, social media insights, and conversion metrics
- Present marketing reports to management with recommendations
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand identity and quality standards
- Monitor consistency in logo usage, colors, messaging, and overall branding
- Review promotional materials before public release
Coordination with Internal Departments
- Work closely with sales, operations, customer service, and management teams
- Understand business goals and align marketing strategies accordingly
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing activities
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience managing external marketing agencies is highly preferred
- Experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, and campaign management
