We're looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist who understands modern marketing, stays updated with emerging trends and can help brands grow across search, social media and AI-powered discovery platforms.
Position
DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
📍 Location: Bibwewadi, Pune (On-site)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
💼 Experience: 1.5 – 3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple brands
- Plan and create monthly social media content calendars
- Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Perform SEO activities to improve rankings, visibility and organic growth
- Manage and optimize website updates, landing pages and WordPress websites using Elementor
- Execute GEO and AEO strategies to ensure brand visibility and citations across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini
- Execute WhatsApp marketing and Email marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance, analyse insights and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate and contribute to product shoots, content creation and marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI developments, search updates, social media trends, tools and industry best practices
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, customer journeys and campaign execution
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Content Planning and Content Distribution
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, conversion tracking, website structure and Schema Markup implementation
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles for local visibility and lead generation
- Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
- Understanding of AI Search, Search Everywhere Optimization, AEO, GEO, LLMO and organic growth strategies
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 & Search Console
- Familiarity with AI productivity and marketing tools
- Strong communication, coordination and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Own laptop is required
- Willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with multiple brands or clients
- Understanding of social media content trends and digital marketing
- Basic photography or content creation experience
