Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute marketing strategies(Social Media, Ads, SEO, Email Marketing)
• Define target audience, campaign goals, and KPIs
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively
Content Direction
• Oversee content creation (posts, videos, ad creatives)
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors
Performance & Analytics
• Track campaign performance (leads, traffic, conversions)
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
• Optimize campaigns based on data and insights
Paid Advertising
• Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Continuously optimize for better ROI
• A/B testing and performance scaling

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Ads & Social Media
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools
• Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
