🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance-Driven Digital Marketer (Study Abroad Industry)
đź“Ť Location: Dehradun ( ONSITE ONLY )

💼 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Planning & executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies
- Running high-converting paid ads (Meta + Google)
- Building lead generation systems (landing pages, funnels, automations)
- Managing & scaling Instagram + YouTube growth
- Improving lead quality → conversion → revenue
- Working closely with the founder on campaign strategy & execution
- Tracking performance using data (not guesswork)
🎯 What We Expect:
- 2–5 years of real experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record of generating leads/sales (not just engagement)
- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Funnels & landing pages
- CRM / automation tools
- Ability to think like a business owner, not just a marketer
- Speed, ownership & execution mindset
