Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Pune. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, analyzing web analytics, and driving audience engagement on various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, coordinating online marketing initiatives, and optimizing digital content to enhance the organization's presence and reach among target audiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
- Strong understanding of Web Analytics and its application in evaluating campaign performance
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and content management systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
