Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (LinkedIn, SEO, AI Content & Strategic Growth Support)
About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive brand growth through LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and AI-powered content creation, while also supporting the company with strategic analysis, campaign evaluation, and decision-making insights.
This is not a purely execution-based marketing role.
We are looking for someone who can think critically, evaluate business and marketing initiatives before they are launched, identify potential risks, and provide structured recommendations that support better decisions and stronger outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines creative marketing capability with analytical thinking, strategic judgment, and business awareness.
Key Responsibilities
1) LinkedIn Marketing
• Develop and execute a LinkedIn growth strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn company page content and professional brand positioning
• Create and schedule high-performing LinkedIn posts, carousels, thought leadership content, and campaign messaging
• Support LinkedIn outreach, audience engagement, and lead generation initiatives
• Track content and campaign performance and optimize based on engagement, reach, and conversions
2) SEO
• Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research and identify content and ranking opportunities
• Optimize website pages, blog content, landing pages, metadata, and content structure
• Monitor rankings, search visibility, traffic, and SEO performance metrics
• Contribute to long-term organic growth strategy and content positioning
3) AI Content Creation
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar platforms to create and improve:
• LinkedIn posts
• Blog articles
• Website copy
• Lead magnets
• Email campaigns
• Marketing assets
• Ensure all AI-assisted content is humanized, brand-aligned, strategic, and conversion-focused
• Build efficient content systems and workflows using AI without compromising quality
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form, high-performing marketing assets
4) Decision Integrity & Strategic Advisory Support
In addition to digital marketing responsibilities, this role will also support the company’s strategic planning, internal decision-making, and initiative evaluation.
Responsibilities include:
• Conduct independent analysis of marketing strategies, campaigns, and business initiatives before execution to assess feasibility, scalability, and potential risks
• Evaluate underlying assumptions related to:
• Expected performance
• Timelines
• Resource allocation
• Execution complexity
• Scalability potential
• Identify structural risks, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential failure points across initiatives
• Assess business and campaign assumptions under different performance scenarios and highlight possible risks related to:
• Underperformance
• Delays
• Platform dependency
• Resource limitations
• Scalability constraints
• Identify key dependencies that may impact campaign or initiative success across platforms, tools, teams, or workflows
• Map operational and execution-related risks and classify them based on severity, impact, and likelihood
• Prepare structured reports, evaluations, and recommendation summaries to support internal decision-making
• Translate data, research, and campaign analysis into clear, practical, and actionable business insights
• Support pre-launch reviews to identify potential risks, blind spots, bottlenecks, and performance concerns
• Assist management in evaluating whether initiatives should be:
• Proceeded with
• Modified
• Delayed
• Reworked
• Discontinued
• Recommend safeguards, benchmarks, accountability measures, and performance thresholds for campaigns and strategic projects
• Support post-execution performance reviews to compare outcomes against assumptions and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all strategic, operational, and internal business information
• Ensure all analysis and recommendations remain objective, unbiased, and independent of execution preferences or internal pressure

Requirements
• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in:

• SEO
• Content strategy
• Strong understanding of lead generation, personal branding, and content-driven growth
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing workflows
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to think critically and evaluate both marketing and business initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to interpret performance data and convert it into useful recommendations
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities effectively
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Preferred / Nice to Have
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Experience with B2B marketing and professional services marketing
• Understanding of marketing funnels, campaign testing, and conversion strategy
• Experience supporting business planning, operational reviews, or strategic analysis
• Familiarity with reporting dashboards and performance review frameworks
