Digital Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager with 6–7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital campaigns, branding, content creation, creative coordination, and video editing to enhance online presence and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Generate and manage qualified leads for real estate projects through performance marketing activities.
Develop and implement branding, engagement, and awareness strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Coordinate with creative agencies/design teams for development of marketing collaterals, campaign creatives, brochures, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Create, edit, and manage engaging video content including reels, walkthroughs, project teasers, testimonials, and digital advertisements.
Handle social media platforms and ensure regular content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
Monitor campaign performance, analytics, ROI, and prepare periodic marketing reports.
Manage website updates, landing pages, SEO, and online reputation management.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate market dynamics.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
6–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and social media marketing.
Hands-on experience in creative designing coordination and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and content development skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Profile:
Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities.
Experience in handling real estate branding and project launches will be an added advantage.
Passion for digital trends, content creation, and innovative campaign execution.
