Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Falakata. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote SmartBoat Ecosistem’s tours, destinations, and community offerings. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, running paid and organic campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics. The specialist will analyze web and campaign analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions, and will collaborate with content, design, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency. The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing data-driven insights to marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and channels.
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in travel, tourism, or consumer-facing services.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic graphic or video tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Falakata, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
