Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram, analyzing campaign performance using web analytics, and enhancing audience engagement. The specialist will work closely with team members and clients to develop strategies that drive lead generation, sales, and brand growth. Additionally, the role requires the creation of compelling content and managing online communication across various digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Online Marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Web Analytics and experience with analyzing campaign performance
- Strong Communication skills to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with clients and team members
- Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads) campaign creation, targeting, and optimization
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with performance marketing and lead generation campaigns is a plus
