Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, analyzing website traffic using web analytics tools, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition. Collaboration with creative teams to develop effective content and campaigns will also be a key aspect of your work.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and developing effective Online Marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies and analyzing performance using Web Analytics
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and align marketing efforts with brand goals
- Experience in eCommerce or retail marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with trends in the fragrance and lifestyle industries would be beneficial
