Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The individual/agency will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance Shrivatsa's online presence. Primary responsibilities include:
1. Content Creation
- Photography (product and lifestyle shoots)
- Videography (reels, behind-the-scenes, store, etc.)
- Editing (photo and video)
- Creative direction and mood-boarding
- Campaign shoots
2. Social Media Management
- Daily story posting (how often?)
- Feed post planning (how many per week?)
3. Reels and Video Strategy
- Reels planning (monthly calendar)
- Script writing and concept creation
- Trend research and execution
- Posting and optimization
4. Paid Ads (Meta Ads)
- Ad strategy and campaign setup
- Creatives for ads (who designs them?)
- Budget planning and optimization
- Performance tracking and reporting
5. Branding and Strategy
- Overall brand positioning guidance
- Campaign ideas (for festivals, launches, offers)
- Competitor analysis
- PR deals
6. Deliverables and Timelines
- Monthly content calendar
- Approval process before posting
- Turnaround time for edits
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing techniques
- Skilled in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and interpret trends to inform marketing decisions
- Prior experience in jewelry marketing
