Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive leads for Shogan Systems’ service and product offerings. Day-to-day activities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling digital content, monitoring web analytics, and coordinating online promotions and advertising. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing regular reports with recommendations for improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, requiring regular interaction with the local team and an understanding of the regional market.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and manage campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to create, publish, and optimize content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance metrics, interpret data, and refine marketing strategies.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with customers and partners.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and basic content creation (copywriting or design) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in technology, retail, or service-based industries will be an advantage.
