About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer whose primary focus will be lead generation for our IT services business and our e-commerce store. You will also handle SEO for select clients when needed. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-oriented, and comfortable running campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for our IT services.
- Drive qualified traffic and conversions for the companyโs e-commerce store through paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits for client websites when required.
- Create and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels to improve lead capture.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and organic rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and advertising platforms.
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and remarketing.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop ad creatives, blog content, and social media assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2โ4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in lead generation.
- Strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and knowledge of at least one additional paid channel.
- Solid understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Experience running campaigns for IT services or e-commerce businesses (preferred).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good written communication skills for ad copy, email campaigns, and content creation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Active Campaign.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and landing page builders like Elementor, Webflow, or Unbounce.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management workflows.
- Experience with video marketing or YouTube channel growth.
