Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Ranchi. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of ROOTBASE’s Smart-Class and immersive learning solutions. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions in alignment with the brand voice. The role involves using web and social analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. The specialist will collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to support lead generation, online brand positioning, and marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in education technology and a willingness to learn about immersive learning tools such as holograms and virtual reality.
