🚨 Republic Motors is Hiring — Digital Marketing Specialist (Solo Executor)
At Republic Motors, we are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and execute ALL aspects of digital marketing — without a team, without hand-holding.
This is not a managerial role. We need a doer.

What You'll Own — Solo:
🔍 On-Page SEO — Keyword research, meta tags, content optimization, internal linking & technical SEO fixes
🌐 Off-Page SEO — Link building, outreach, DA improvement & brand authority building
🎨 Graphic Designing — Creating ad creatives, social media posts, banners & brand visuals (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator)
📱 Social Media Marketing — End-to-end management of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn — strategy, content, scheduling & engagement
📊 Performance Marketing — Planning & executing paid campaigns with focus on ROAS, CPL & conversions
🎯 Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram ad setup, audience targeting, pixel management, A/B testing, retargeting & scaling

Who We're Looking For:
✔ 1–3 years of real, hands-on experience across ALL the above areas
✔ Someone who has personally executed — not just supervised
✔ Strong analytical mindset with eye for design
✔ Self-starter who takes full ownership
✔ Comfortable working independently without a support team
✔ Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
✔ Proficient in tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva/Photoshop, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Buffer/Hootsuite
