Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can handle complete end-to-end marketing — from lead generation to nurturing and conversion support.
This is a 360° role combining:
Performance Marketing + SEO + Social Media + Funnels + Lead Management
The focus is simple:
Generate high-quality leads, improve conversions, and build a scalable marketing system
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising (Core Revenue Driver)
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Execute project-wise campaigns with clear targeting
- Optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI
- Campaign Optimization & Scaling
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimize performance
- Conduct A/B testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages)
- Scale high-performing campaigns and reduce wastage
- Focus on reducing CPL and improving lead quality
On-Page SEO:
- Optimize website pages, content, and keywords
- Improve page structure, meta tags, and internal linking
Off-Page SEO:
- Build backlinks, local listings, and citations
- Manage Google Business Profile (local SEO)
Technical SEO (Basic):
- Improve website speed, indexing, and mobile performance
- Plan and manage organic social media strategy
- Coordinate with content team for posting and campaigns
- Analyze engagement and improve reach
- Build brand presence and audience trust
- Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Design lead nurturing sequences
- Re-engage old and cold leads
- Improve lead-to-conversion ratio
- Inbound & Outbound Marketing
Inbound:
- Generate leads through ads, SEO, and content
- Build funnels for capturing and nurturing leads
Outbound:
- Plan remarketing campaigns
- Support WhatsApp/email outreach strategies
- Improve lead engagement and response rates
- Funnel Creation & Conversion Optimization
- Design complete marketing funnels (Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Follow-up)
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversions
- Improve user journey and reduce drop-offs
- Work closely with team to improve closing support
- Tracking, Analytics & Automation
- Setup and manage:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Track and analyze:
- CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate
- Implement basic automation tools (email, WhatsApp, workflows)
- Ensure proper lead flow from ads to CRM
- Track lead quality and performance
- Coordinate with sales team for feedback
- Improve lead-to-site visit conversion
- Work closely with:
- Content Creator
- Graphic Designer
- Sales Team
- Guide team on content and creatives based on performance data
- Share daily/weekly performance reports
- Provide actionable insights for improvement
- Suggest new strategies for scaling growth
- Consistent flow of qualified leads
- Reduced cost per lead (CPL)
- Improved conversion rates
- Strong online presence (SEO + Social Media)
- Scalable and predictable marketing system
Required Skills & Qualification
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience in SEO (on-page + off-page + local SEO)
- Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools
- Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and CRO
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Pixel, and tracking setup
- Experience in social media marketing (organic + paid)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
- Basic understanding of CRM and lead management systems
- Preferred Skills (High Value)
- Experience in real estate or high-ticket lead generation
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Familiarity with WhatsApp API / automation tools
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Mail automation, CRM tools
- Basic understanding of website development / landing page builders
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience (mandatory)
- Must have handled complete digital marketing campaigns independently
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing is required
- Real estate experience is a strong advantage
- Portfolio / Proof of Work (Mandatory)
- Campaign screenshots (Meta Ads / Google Ads dashboards)
- SEO work samples (rankings, traffic, etc.)
- Email campaign examples (if available)
- Results achieved (leads, CPL, conversions)
