Role OverviewWe are seeking a performance-focused Digital Marketing Expert on a freelance or contractual basis who can plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
This is not just a marketing role β we are looking for someone who understands the complete business funnel, including:

Core ResponsibilitiesπΉ 1. Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Design and execute high-converting lead generation campaigns across platforms
- Generate qualified leads for services like IT solutions, digital marketing, and consulting
- Build multi-channel lead funnels (organic + paid + referral)
- Develop landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels
- Optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) and maximize ROI
- Implement strategies for B2B & B2C lead acquisition
πΉ 2. Lead Collection, CRM & Data Optimization
- Set up and manage lead collection systems (forms, landing pages, chatbots, integrations)
- Maintain and organize lead databases using CRM tools
- Segment leads based on behavior, interest, and demographics
- Ensure proper lead nurturing workflows (email, WhatsApp, remarketing)
- Track and analyze lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion
πΉ 3. Sales Support, Conversion & Revenue Strategy
- Align marketing strategies with sales goals and revenue targets
- Create and optimize sales funnels to increase conversion rates
- Support closing strategies through retargeting, remarketing, and persuasive content
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into paying clients
- Continuously improve conversion rate optimization (CRO)
πΉ 4. Cross-Selling & Upselling Strategy
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients
- Develop campaigns that promote additional services and premium packages
- Create customer journeys that encourage repeat business and higher ticket sales
- Implement retention marketing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV)
πΉ 5. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
- Plan and manage high-performing campaigns on:
- β Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- β Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- β LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and minimum acquisition cost
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Scale successful campaigns strategically
πΉ 6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO & AI Search Ranking)
- Implement advanced SEO strategies to rank on:
- β Google Search
- β Bing & other search engines
- β AI-driven search platforms (ChatGPT, voice search, AI assistants, etc.)
- Optimize website structure, content, and technical SEO
- Conduct keyword research aligned with user intent & AI search trends
- Build high-quality backlinks and authority signals
- Ensure ranking for high-conversion keywords and service-based searches
- Stay updated with evolving AI Search Engine Optimization (AISO) trends
πΉ 7. Social Media Marketing & Branding
- Manage and grow presence on platforms like:
- β LinkedIn (B2B branding & lead generation)
- β Facebook & Instagram (engagement & ads)
- Build strong brand positioning and audience engagement strategies
- Plan and execute content calendars (posts, reels, campaigns)
- Generate inbound leads through organic and paid strategies
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize performance

- Develop high-quality content for:
- β Blogs & website pages
- β Ad creatives & copies
- β Email campaigns

- Create value-driven content funnels that convert audiences into leads
- Implement storytelling and persuasive messaging strategies
πΉ 9. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance using tools like:

- β CRM dashboards
- Generate detailed reports on:
- β Traffic

- Provide actionable insights and continuously improve strategies

- Implement marketing automation tools and workflows
- Use AI tools to enhance productivity, targeting, and personalization
- Explore innovative growth hacking strategies for rapid scaling
- Stay ahead with latest digital trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Expertise- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Deep understanding of SEO + AI Search Optimization
- Experience with CRM tools, automation, and analytics
- Ability to think strategically and execute independently
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or consulting industry
- Knowledge of international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)
- Experience in high-ticket sales funnels

- Basic understanding of website platforms (WordPress, Shopify)
