Open Freelance Roles (Remote – International Client Projects)
1. Google Ads Specialist (Lead Generation Focus)
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search campaigns)
- Generate qualified leads (calls and form submissions)
- Perform keyword research with high-intent focus
- Write conversion-oriented ad copy
- Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL)
- Set up and manage conversion tracking
- Provide weekly performance reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Ability to share past results (screenshots or metrics)
- Strong understanding of keyword intent and targeting
- Experience with local service businesses is preferred
- Performance-driven and analytical mindset
Compensation:
INR 5,000 – 10,000 per client per month
2. Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage campaigns on Meta Ads
- Create and test ad creatives
- Execute audience targeting and retargeting strategies
- Generate leads through campaigns and landing pages
- Optimize campaigns for performance and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience in lead generation
- Understanding of audience targeting and creatives
- Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns
Compensation:
INR 5,000 – 10,000 per client per month
3. Web Developer (Freelance)
Responsibilities:
- Build high-converting websites (WordPress or custom)
- Develop responsive, mobile-first designs
- Integrate forms, call buttons, and basic SEO
- Ensure fast loading speed and performance
- Deliver projects within 3–5 days
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio with live website links
- Experience in WordPress or custom development
- Understanding of conversion-focused design
- Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines
Compensation:
INR 6,000 – 20,000 per project
